MY OWN OPINION
In the past, I didn’t like sushi….at least I never wanted to try it because the idea of it didn’t appeal to me. I don’t think I’m alone there….I know many people with the same aversion. But when I met my husband, I soon found out that he loved sushi and took me to a sushi restaurant on one of our first dates. Although I didn’t like EVERYTHING…..I think I gagged when I tried the squid, but much of the other options were very tasty. We now go from time to time and it’s quite a treat.
As of this posting, I have not had the pleasure of experiencing a LemonShark Poke restaurant. They are a fairly new franchise and there are no open locations near where I live. However, I know their supply-chain process brings in the freshest possible seafood and their menu gives you a wide range of choices of bowl ingredients. They have a very strong business model and the financial requirements are not over-the-top by any means. With the right candidate, one with some management skills behind them or passion for food, this can be a very successful franchise and already is for the current franchise owners. In a location with clientele who are conscious of their health and eating habits, this offers cuisine that delivers.
