  1. Hello there! Nice review you have here! As a women I’m into staying beautiful. Additionally I would love to get a good massage. After I exercise my muscles ache. This spa seems like a good option. What are the prices like? As for business aspect I’m not a good candidate! I’m not good at sales. If I was this seem like a good place to start a business.

    Have a nice day!

    Cheers,
    Francesca

    • Hi Francesca,
Thanks for the feedback. There is nothing better than a massage or a sauna, so unlimited access to either sounds
good to me. As far as the franchise, it’s not for everyone, but perfect for somebody.
      Cheers,

  2. Yes I await your critique of a Planet Beach location. Personally I would rather invest my money in a diversified portfolio and collect dividend income. I don’t have to deal with employees and overhead. It’s just not for me at this stage but I could see benefits for others looking t buy themselves a job.
    Thanks for this.
    Peter

    • LOL, I’m right there with ya on collecting dividends! That is surely the way to go if you’ve got a good portfolio! But I guess it’s not for everybody….different strokes for different folks. Some people need a place to GO TO and have more contact with people, so some sort of retail store providing a service is right up their alley.
      Thanks for the feedback.

    Hi there,

First off, you have a very nice looking site.

Second, this offer is clearly for an offline biz, which is great, but I’m online looking for a web biz to bring in passive income.

Third, one has to be in an already good financial position to take advantage of this offer. I’m sure there are plenty of folks who fit this condition, so you will have interest.

Fourth, I think Planet beach would work great ion a resort destination, although the name could also work in a crowded metropolis as people would see it as a respite from the everyday.

So yes, I think it’s a good opportunity for the right people.

    • Hey PJ,
Thanks for the compliment on my site…I never really know what it looks like to others.
Good idea on the destination for Planet Beach…just like what they are doing with LA Fitness, they could do something similar or on a smaller scale with resorts….for an additional fee, have all access to an automated spa when you’re on a trip. Cool!
      Cheers,

  4. hi Julie
I have to agree that Planet Beach does seem like a good business model. But as Peter said, one in which employees and a business need to be managed. And it does take a certain cashflow to get started. I do believe the beauty industry will remain strong no matter what so it is a good investment. A partnership with LA Fitness will only enhance it.
For someone who has money to invest and time to spend on this, this could be a great opportunity.

    • Hi Emily,
There are so many different business models in franchising, and they all fit different people. Planet Beach isn’t for any investor, but as a consumer, I can’t wait to try it.

      Thanks for the feedback,
      Julie

  5. as i plan to succeed in my business i wish one day i will be able to afford to franchise something like Planet beach. I think i actually went once in one in the Netherlands, i spent basically all day moving from sauna to swimming pool to infrared( my favorite). I love it as i would love to invest in something of this topic.
    Thanks for the article.
    Bless
    Andrea
